• We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed. The order cannot be cancelled or changed. This includes recorded courses and digital goods such as software, source code, e-books and other digital publications sold on our platform.
  
• We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
  

• We provide a 15 day return window from the date of shipment to notify us of any manufacturing defect. In such a scenario, we will repair or replace the  product free of cost with return shipping prepaid by us. If the replacement is not available, we will issue a 100% refund.
• We are not liable for any return or replacement if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification or has been soldered or altered in any way. 
• We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products.
  
• Once we dispatch the items, the courier company will be liable for all delivery arrangements and we cannot be held responsible for the missing/damage or undelivered item/parcel. In case of damage under transportation we are not liable for any return or replacement.
  
• Returns will be processed only if the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual and all the accessories therein).
• We are not liable for any return or replacement if the buyer has a change of mind.
• If the package returns because of incorrect address/contact details or courier could not reach customer/deliver the package after multiple attempts, all the delivery/shipping and return charges will be paid by the customer. Package return and shipping charge will be deducted and the difference order amount will be refunded.
• We have no control or prior knowledge of specific state taxes that may be charged by your state. These taxes (if any) will be paid by the courier company and collected from the buyer on delivery. The buyer is responsible to pay these taxes.
